Spell Power Attainment is a Quick-Play Spell. It adds 1 card that mentions "Spell Counter" in its effect from your Deck or GY to your hand, except "Spell Power Attainment".
Then, if you control a Level 7 or higher "Endymion" Monster Card, you can remove any number of Spell Counters from your field to negate the effects of that many face-up cards your opponent controls, then destroy them. You can only activate 1 "Spell Power Attainment" per turn.
This page answers it for every card in the game, and for your Yu-Gi-Oh! Deck.
The rules the tool applies
- Card that mentions "Spell Counter" in its effect : Monster, Spell or Trap: any card whose text mentions "Spell Counter", including in its Pendulum Effect. Spell Power Attainment cannot add itself.
- From the Deck or the GY : The card is taken from the Deck or the GY. Only Main Deck cards are listed: an Extra Deck monster cannot be added to the hand.
- English card text : The mention is searched in the official English text ("Spell Counter"), then the cards are displayed in your language.
- TCG et OCG : Cards released only in the OCG are listed with an “OCG” badge; the “TCG cards only” checkbox hides them.
How to use the tool
- 1. Every card in the game : Every target is listed, most viewed first. Filter by name, Attribute, Type or Level, and sort by ATK, DEF or release date.
- 2. In my decklist : Import a deck (YDKE code or saved deck): the tool separates the cards of your deck the effect can reach from those it cannot.
- 3. Adjust your deck : Spot the targets you are not playing yet, open their card page, then test the new list in the deckbuilder.
