Zone cards are detected from the English card text: some can be missing or misfiled. The risk assumes each card can sit on any zone it can legally occupy, unless you place it yourself.

Has your opponent already played the card? Place it on its zone: the field shows exactly what it can hit.
Cards that play with zones
- Link arrows : An opposing Link Monster in the Extra Monster Zone points to your Main Monster Zones. Relinquished Anima equips the monster it points to, Akashic Magician returns it to the hand, Gorgon of Zilofthonia negates its effects.
- Same column : Angelechy Bastion banishes a card in its column, Mekk-Knights destroy in theirs, and S-Force monsters lock the monsters facing them.
- Adjacent columns and other columns : Angelechy Castellan and Enlisted banish in the columns next to theirs, Angelechy Destrier in any other column.
- Zones next to one of your monsters : Gold Pride - Nytro Blaster, Foolish Trap Hole or Maple Maiden first hit one of your monsters, then the cards in the zones next to it. The two end zones, with only one neighbor, are therefore safer.
- Extra Monster Zone : Chimeratech Megafleet Dragon uses every monster in the Extra Monster Zone as material, yours included, and Cynet Universe or Red Arrows aim at them too: putting your monster there has a cost, wherever the opposing card is.
How the risk is calculated
- Every possible position : For each selected card, the tool looks at every zone where your opponent can put it (Extra and Main Monster Zones for an Extra Deck monster, Spell & Trap Zones for a Spell or Trap) and which of your zones it hits from each one.
- One share per card : A card that hits your zone from 1 of its 7 positions counts for 1/7. A zone's risk is the sum of these shares: the lower it is, the safer the zone.
- Card already on the field : If you place a card on an opposing zone, only that position counts for it.
How to use the tool
- 1. Search and select your cards : With no selection, the calculation covers every zone card. Search for a name, an archetype ("Angelechy") or a word from the text, then click the cards: the calculation then only covers your selection.
- 2. Read the field : Green zones are the safest. Click a zone to see which cards can hit it, and from where.
- 3. Place a specific card : With a card's pin, place it on an opposing zone to see exactly what it threatens.
FAQ
Monster Zones FAQ
Against all zone cards together, it is the two end zones: they have only one neighboring column and do not face an Extra Monster Zone. The result changes as soon as you keep only some cards.
Zones 2 and 4 face the Extra Monster Zones: an opposing Link Monster that points straight ahead, like Relinquished Anima, aims at them. The center zone has two neighboring columns and sits diagonally from both Extra Monster Zones.
It can only equip the monster it points to. Keep your monsters out of the column of the Extra Monster Zone it occupies, or out of both Extra Monster Zone columns if it is not on the field yet.
Angelechy monsters banish by column: their own, the neighboring columns or any other column depending on the monster. Keep only the "Angelechy" cards in the tool to see which zones stay safe.
