Synchro Overtake is a Normal Spell. You reveal 1 Synchro Monster in your Extra Deck, choose 1 of the Synchro Materials mentioned on it, then add that monster to your hand or Special Summon it, from your Deck or GY.
The turn you activate it, you can only Special Summon Synchro Monsters from the Extra Deck. You can only activate 1 "Synchro Overtake" per turn.
This page answers it for every card in the game, and for your Yu-Gi-Oh! Deck.
The rules the tool applies
- Main Deck monster named as Material on a Synchro Monster : Only a monster named precisely in the Materials line of the revealed Synchro works, like "Junk Synchron" on Junk Warrior. "1 Tuner" or an archetype name does not designate any card.
- Based on your Extra Deck : The target depends on the Synchro Monster you reveal. In decklist mode, the page only keeps the monsters named on the Synchros in your imported Extra Deck.
- From the Deck or the GY : The monster is taken from the Deck or the GY. Only Main Deck monsters are listed; a Synchro Monster named as Material (Stardust Dragon, for example) can only come back from the GY.
- English card text : The Materials are read in the official English text of the Synchro Monsters, then the cards are displayed in your language.
How to use the tool
- 1. Every card in the game : Every target is listed, most viewed first. Filter by name, Attribute, Type or Level, and sort by ATK, DEF or release date.
- 2. In my decklist : Import a deck (YDKE code or saved deck): the tool separates the cards of your deck the effect can reach from those it cannot.
- 3. Adjust your deck : Spot the targets you are not playing yet, open their card page, then test the new list in the deckbuilder.
