Terms of Service

1. Acceptance

By accessing or using YGO-Decklab (the "Service"), you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Service.

2. Description of Service

The Service is a free, web-based tool for building, analyzing, and simulating Yu-Gi-Oh! TCG decks. It is provided "as is" with no guarantee of uptime, data persistence, or accuracy of analytical results.

3. User Accounts

• • You must provide a valid email address to create an account.
• • You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your credentials.
• • You must not create accounts on behalf of others without their consent.
• • One account per person.

4. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• • Attempt to reverse-engineer, scrape, or overload the Service
• • Use automated bots or scripts to interact with the Service
• • Attempt to access other users' accounts or data
• • Use the Service for any illegal purpose

5. Free Service & Availability

The Service is currently free to use. We reserve the right to introduce paid features in the future; any such change will be communicated in advance. We also reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue the Service at any time without notice.

6. Intellectual Property

Yu-Gi-Oh! and all related names, card art, and trademarks are the property of Konami Digital Entertainment. This Service is an independent, fan-made tool and is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by Konami.

The source code and design of this application are the property of the developer. Card data and images are sourced from the public YGOPRODeck API.

7. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind. Deck analysis results, probability calculations, and card suggestions are provided for informational purposes only and do not constitute competitive advice. We are not responsible for tournament outcomes based on use of this tool.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, the developer shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of, or inability to use, the Service, including data loss.

9. Account Termination

You may delete your account at any time from your account settings. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms. Upon termination, your data is deleted according to the Privacy Policy.

10. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by French law. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the French courts.

11. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Service after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the new Terms. Material changes will be communicated by email.
